What have you done lately to train your chapter leaders for success? I have dipped into the corporate world for the past few months. It is interesting to see what is done to train their sales force and coaches for success. I attended a session on Saturday that was a day of education peppered with upbeat music, inspirational testimonials, motivational videos and concrete steps to success. The ability to duplicate was stressed as a key to success. Do you have templates, videos, strategies that your chapters can duplicate? Have you told them how to do it? If not, why not?

Do you have a few key steps that you can share with your chapter leaders to move them up the ladder of success? Repeat yourself frequently in sharing the message of what the steps are and how to do them–this is very important so your audience will remember.
